Hencote’s culinary ethos is to deliver cuisine which offers seasonal flavours that complement our wines. The kitchen brigade has worked hard to create menus that are locally sourced and deliver classical dishes with having modern international influences.
Dishes such as cured salmon, Hencote vine fermented cabbage and wakame aioli, fillet of beef and 28-day aged beef ribeye all capture the locality and flavours of Shropshire.
The goal is for our guests to experience the very best in English hospitality. To relax and admire the view which has been the family inspiration for this long-term project and desire to bring a new blend of culinary excellence to the region.

From delicious woodfired pizzas to meats cooked to perfection on our Charcoa grill, there is something for everyone.
