Evolution – Hencote Regional Sparkling Wine – An aromatic and floral nose full of apple and pear fruit. Clean, mineral character on the palate, with a succulent citrus finish.
Vivienne – Hencote Estate White Wine – Bursting with English hedgerow aromatics. Tropical notes of green melon and kiwi fruit zip across the palate with a fresh, citrus fruit finish.
Suzanne – Hencote Estate Rosé Wine – The Suzanne is full of lively, ripe fruit and subtle elegance. Fresh aromas of floral fruit, rose hip and fresh strawberry with a touch of sherbet on the nose. Playful red fruit and a hint of spice on the palate.
