Description
Evolution – Hencote Regional Sparkling Wine – An aromatic and floral nose full of apple and pear fruit. Clean, mineral character on the palate, with a succulent citrus finish.
LXX – Hencote English Sparkling Wine – Fresh raspberry aromas combine with buttery pastry on the nose, hinting towards the autolytic complexity and vibrancy of fruit on the palate.
Isadora – Hencote English Sparkling Rosé – Beguiling black cherry and cranberry notes on the palate with soft, supple tannins and a delicately herbaceous finish.
Vivienne – Hencote Estate White Wine – Bursting with English hedgerow aromatics. Tropical notes of green melon and kiwi fruit zip across the palate with a fresh, citrus fruit finish.
Suzanne – Hencote Estate Rosé Wine – The Suzanne is full of lively, ripe fruit and subtle elegance. Fresh aromas of floral fruit, rose hip and fresh strawberry with a touch of sherbet on the nose. Playful red fruit and a hint of spice on the palate.
Mark IV – Hencote Estate Red Wine – Beguiling black cherry and cranberry notes on the palate with soft, supple tannins and a delicately herbaceous finish.
