Evolution – Hencote Regional Sparkling Wine – An aromatic and floral nose full of apple and pear fruit. Clean, mineral character on the palate, with a succulent citrus finish.
Vivienne – Hencote Estate White Wine – Bursting with English hedgerow aromatics. Tropical notes of green melon and kiwi fruit zip across the palate with a fresh, citrus fruit finish.
Mark – Hencote Estate Red Wine – Beguiling black cherry and cranberry notes on the palate with soft, supple tannins, and a delicately herbaceous finish.
