Wine Tour Host

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for storytelling, and thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.

You’ll deliver top-quality tours and wine experiences to all guests, hosting engaging, fun and educational vineyard tours and tastings while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.

Wedding and Events Manager

As the business continues to grow, Hencote is expanding its events offering across weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions. We are seeking an organised, commercially minded and customer-focused Wedding and Events Manager to lead and develop this important part of the business.

Bartender and Mixologist

As the business continues to grow, Hencote is expanding its front-of-house and bar team. We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Bartender and Mixologist to support the delivery of a memorable experience for all our guests.

You will have an interest in learning about English winemaking and our own range of estate wine, confidently promoting and upselling opportunities for guests to try wine grown a few feet from the bar.

You must have a genuine passion for cocktail classics, alongside the creativity and flair to develop new and exciting additions to our menu.

This role would suit someone looking specifically for flexible weekend and evening work, whether alongside another job, studies, or other commitments, and looking to earn additional income.
