Now 2023 is behind us, we’re looking to lift you out of the January slump, with an exclusive Mark IV wine evening! On the 26th of January we invite you to an a one-off wine tasting and tour, followed by a spectacular set menu at the View to celebrate the original gold standard English red, Hencote’s Mark.
Wine Tour & Vertical Mark Wine Tasting
Beginning with a canapé from the kitchen, our winemaker, Gavin Patterson, will take you to the Hencote winery to sample the entire Mark lineage. From our original International Wine Challenge gold medal winning Mark I in 2018, to our latest iteration, the Mark IV, explore the history and processes that go into creating our flagship red wine.
At only £30 per ticket, and with an exceptionally limited number of spaces available, we suggest booking early to not miss out on what will certainly be an unforgettable night.
MARK IV PAIRING DINNER MENU
The night doesn’t stop at the tour, we’re also offering a set menu that evening only, developed around our Mark IV.
At £50 per person our head chef and his team have created a 3 course dinner to remember, highlighting flavours to enhance the Mark IV and your experience.
For the best evening possible, we recommend arriving up to one hour early, to unwind and enjoy a complimentary glass of our Evolutions sparkling in our bar and lounge.
