We are very excited to announce the launch of our first ever ‘Hencote Estate Red’ wine.
“As we complete our recent grape harvest, the wines begin their maturation journey in our winery and we are set to launch our first Hencote Estate Red from 2018.
Twelve months of quiet maturation has enabled this carefully crafted blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Précose and Rondo to seamlessly amalgamate into a sumptuous red wine with beguiling flavours of black cherry with cranberry notes lead on to the deliciously savoury palate which finishes with a gentle persistence.”

Celebrate with us as we put on a ‘bit of do’ to help launch our inaugural Hencote Estate red. Hosted by our Estate Manager Mark, Winemaker Gavin.
From 6pm: Welcome glass of our Estate ‘Evolution’ sparkling wine accompanied by a selection of our new bar snacks.
7pm: The official launch, name unveiling and tastings of our first Hencote Estate Red Wine.
Introduced by Estate Manager Mark Stevens and Winemaker Gavin Patterson.
From 7.30: Guests are invited to pre-book and dine with us from our new menus.
LIMITED SPACES: Open to our ‘Lifestyle’, Executive and Corporate Club Members, Deluxe vine adopters and corporate guests.
Hencote Estate Red Wine Party: Friday November 29th from 6pm
We celebrate our inaugural red wine launch in our own style, with a party to celebrate its launch alongside our new season Christmas Fayre menus. Not only will this be your first taster of our ‘Hencote Estate Red’ Wine, but we will also be presenting it with what we suspect will be your first taster of turkey in 2019, Hencote style! The ideal accompaniment to our 2018 red. Hosted by our Estate Manager Mark, Winemaker Gavin and Head Chef.
From 6pm: Welcome glass of our Estate Evolution sparkling wine accompanied by a selection of our new bar snacks.
7pm: The official launch and tastings of our first Hencote Estate Red Wine, introduced by Estate Manager Mark Stevens and Winemaker Gavin Patterson.
From 7.30: Guests are invited to pre-book and dine with us from our new menus including a selection from our forthcoming Christmas fair menus – the perfect accompaniments to our Pinot Noir based Hencote Estate Red Wine.
Total Price: £45 including welcome tasters, glass of our Estate red, and your 3 course ‘banquet’ style meal.
