Enjoy a Culinary Experience with our new Private Chef
Hencote is excited to announce the arrival of our new private chef David Brazier! David will be joining Hencote from mid-January, where he will be hosting culinary experiences in the Grange, our luxury Holiday Home.
David’s Work Experience to date
David began his career at the Inn at Grinshill, a two-rosette restaurant in Shropshire, before training under Chris Godfrey at the Michelin-starred Sir Charles Napier in Oxfordshire.
He then moved to Australia, where he spent two years at the Aubergine in Canberra and Attica in Melbourne, considered in the top 50 restaurants in the world. Since returning to England, he has worked as the head chef of the Inn at Grinshill and under Mark Kempson at Kitchen W8 in West London.
Culinary Experiences at Hencote
As David joins Hencote we will now be hosting culinary experiences at the Grange, where private groups of up to 12 guests can celebrate a special occasion with a menu tailored to your wishes. We can cater for all diets and desires as David will create a dining experience from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Allow us to take care of your entire evening and relax in style afterwards with an overnight stay in the Grange.
